SEASON OUTLOOK
"There is only one place to go after last year," explained Justin Banks to his team during the Strats' opening scrimmage. "Who can tell me where that is?" First to wager a guess was Nephi Keeper Yao Ming, in his unique brand of broken english, "last place vanquish of consolation branches, coach? "Ooo, ooo!" chimed in Brandon Roy, another Nephi returnee, "how about breaking our record for most regular season losses that we set last year?" At this point, newcomer Kevin Garnett had enough and interrupted "Up, you morons! The only place for us to go is UP!"

As you may have surmised, Garnett brings a much needed culture change to the Stratagem. Gone is the fun-loving, JC Mickelson's-frequenting, record loss-setting environment established during Nephi's inaugural season. But while he brings his unrivaled intensity, or raving insanity as some might call it (po-tay-to, po-tah-to), is Garnett really crazy enough to reverse the fortunes of last year's loveable losers? In KG's own words, "Anything is possible! ANYTHING IS POSSSSIBBBLLLLE!!!!! Top a da world, baby! TOP A DA WOOOORRLLD!!!"

Gird about your loins Strat fans, it sounds like Nephi is back on the war path.
